For the christening of the cookie cutter, I decided on going the simple route. No icing, no decorating, just a plain cookie to celebrate the cookie in its purest form.
Over a year ago, I made accidental Cookie Cupcakes. Yesterday, Cupcake Cookies were made, aka cupcake-shaped cookies.
For Christmas, Big Sista bought me the cutest cupcake-shaped cookie cutter. I've been dreaming of getting one and then I was surprised with one that was even pink! Happy Day.

The cookie: Brownie Roll-Out Cookies from Smitten Kitchen. Yesterday, Smitten Kitchen actually posted another chocolate roll-out cookie recipe, but they looked too delicate and a lil too fancy for me. Maybe another time.
The result: buttery, chocolately delicious (and not too sweet)! These would be great as an ice cream cookie sandwich. Maybe for the summer, I'll whip out the ice cream for these cookies.
