Winter has come early for most of the country. Even the weather in Florida has cooled down (I saw a wind chill of 32 this morning). As I keep seeing pictures of Buffalo buried in snow, I can't help but think about all the lovely warm items I absolutely needed when living up north. Here are some of my favorites.
1. Eddie Bauer Down Throw- This blanket has a fuzzy fleece side and is down-filled. So cozy and warm, I love this blanket! (And big enough to snuggle with someone on the couch. Or maybe big enough for two Chung-sized Sistas).
2. lululemon Vinyasa Scarf- I recently received this scarf as a birthday present from Erin and I love that it is so thick and versatile. Check out this video to see the various ways one can wear it.
3. Fleece-Lined Mittens- My favorite mittens are fleece-lined. They kept my hands so warm when I would have to be outside in the frigid temperatures in Chicago/New York.
4. Anthropologie Fleece-Lined Leggings- Fleece-lined pants are the way to go. Extra bonus, pairing these UNDER your jeans for extra warmth.
5. Trapper Hat- The best way to stay warm outside is to cover up your ears and head. The fur lining also helps catch snow while keeping it off your face.
6. Cozy Socks- I love wearing these plush socks around the house when it's so cold outside and inside. Warm feet are happy feet.
