In early December, my friend threw a Christmas party with a theme of retro foods. Nothing screams retro quite like the cheese ball appetizer---something Amy Sedaris has sung its praises in her hilarious book I Like You: Hospitality Under the Influence. When I googled "retro Christmas foods", I knew I found a winner with this Pinecone Cheese Ball recipe.
