Before the Big Meal

Less than two days to Thanksgiving! I'm looking forward to spending some time with Sista Min and her hubby's family here in Florida, but will be missing all the Chungs back in Illinois. In preparation for the big day, I've been running more frequently in the past week to make up for all the food I plan on eating on Thursday. Bring it on!

And I thought I'd share a delicious pre-Thanksgiving meal snack, in case you're like me and are a guest and need to bring something to share with your hosts. I made these Pretzel Bites back in February for a Super Bowl Party and they were a huge hit!
Eat them alone or with your favorite dip. I made the plain variety as well as the cinnamon sugar. They'll satisfy the palates of the sweet or savory lovers. Just be careful to save room for turkey! And save some dough for later in your freezer so you can have some for yourself.
Soft Pretzel Bites

  • use this recipe from Annie's Eats
  • the plain pretzel bites pair nicely with this eggplant dip (steam the eggplant for a quicker cooking time)
