Smitten Kitchen recently, I knew I had to bake them immediately.
They're just as delicious as they look. I was afraid they would be super sweet but they weren't too bad. My family is super sensitive to overly sweet treats so I would say this is toeing on the line of being a tad too sweet.
They're like Reese's cups in cookie form. The chocolate cookie is almost like a shortbread and the filling is sweetened with extra sugar. My only complaint is that I had to clean some measuring cups after measuring out peanut butter to measure out dry ingredients later (so measure out the dry ingredients first even though that's not the way they are organized in the recipe).
