Macaroon Season

After baking my first macaroon last year, I thought I'd bake another for Passover this year. I turned to these dark chocolate macaroons from Smitten Kitchen because they seemed less labor intensive since the food processor does all the hard work!
I love that macaroons are so squishy and soft on their insides and these are no exception. These are the best if you are a fan of dark chocolate and coconut. And if you're not, maybe one day you will be so you can experience these delightful treats?
