In June, I bought a mini springform pan in hopes of learning how to make beautiful layer cakes on a smaller scale with mini cakes. This was a modest attempt at a naked frosted cake but now that I received a rotating cake decorating stand for my birthday, hopefully I'll be able to frost many beautiful cakes in the future.
