It took until the end of October to finally open up my first can of pumpkin this season and I can't wait to make this again soon!
This was meant to be my birthday bundt this year but I held off an extra week before baking it so it would become a Halloween bundt. It was deliciously festive and a perfect treat!
The Recipe: Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bundt from Sally's Baking Addiction was the perfect marriage between spiced fall flavors and tangy cream cheese. Mine baked almost 20 minutes quicker than the time in the recipe (and I have an oven thermometer) so use your nose as a gauge for doneness. Luckily I didn't overbake my bundt!
