Pizza Pizza

May 11, 2014

Several weeks ago, my friend and fellow blogger wrote about Cauliflower Pizza Crust and I was immediately intrigued. Claudia became gluten-free recently and a cauliflower crust pizza was the perfect alternative for getting her pizza on.
And since I'm on my eating-less-grains-so-I-can-comfortably-wear-a-bridesmaid-dress diet, cauliflower pizza was right up my alley. (A light hand when topping the pizza with cheese will also make this a much healthier option).

If you have a food processor or even a mini chopper (which I have), get your hands on a head of cauliflower and make some cauliflower crust soon. It's much quicker than waiting around for pizza dough to rise and it is so delicious. If you don't like cauliflower, you won't even taste a hint of it.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • use Claudia's recipe and follow her very thorough and fool-proof method
  • top with your favorite pizza toppings
  • enjoy!

  1. Thanks for sharing the recipe and link. I'm pretty hooked on this cauliflower crust. My husband who is all in favor of gluten loves it too so it's not just for the GF.

    1. I'm not gluten-free either and I'm totally a fan of this crust! It smells amazing even before baking it.
