The first time I made Buffalo Roasted Chickpeas, I was only going to eat a few and then save some for another day. But then I was soon faced with an empty bowl. They were so good that I didn't realize I ate the entire batch.
It's the perfect spicy, healthy snack for movie nights, game days or vegging.
- use this recipe but line the baking sheet with parchment paper
- also roast almonds, cashews or other nuts. I tried with already roasted almonds so they took about 10 minutes in the oven to cook. Raw nuts will cook in 10 minutes too.
- if they are not buffalo-y enough for you, make a little more sauce and toss with the roasted chickpeas/nuts just before serving
- enjoy!
