Frozen Goodie No. 4

September 16, 2015

As we approach sweater and pumpkin-spiced foods season, I'm posting one more popsicle recipe since here in Houston it'll feel like summer for a few more months.
This one incorporates one of my loves: ginger beer! They're a little tangy, spicy, not too sweet and even bubbly from the ginger beer.

So to savor the taste of summer until the official first day of fall next week, enjoy these popsicles!

Ginger Berry Lime Popsicles adapted from So...Let's Hang Out
1 bottle of ginger beer (Trader Joe's is pretty tasty!)
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or combination of them)
2 limes, juiced
1/2-1 tbs honey
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for up to 6 hours.
3. Enjoy!
