Grilled Bacon Green Bean Bundles

September 13, 2023

I recently moved in the first house I've lived in since childhood. I've also gained a new roommate and therefore have now found myself access to a grill (who doesn't love grilled foods especially since it's finally not balls hot outside so it's perfect grilling weather here in KC).
The bf, aka the roommate, is the grill master. I have grilled myself maybe one or two times in my life so I am pretty grilling inept. But if someone else is taking care of the prep and cooking, I'll gladly provide food for the grill.

For our first grilled dinner at the new house, I wanted grilled veggies and immediately thought of these bacon-wrapped green beans my ex-bf's mother used to make. They were smoky, crunchy and a little sweet and perfectly delicious.
These cute veggie bundles do take a little prep time but it's perfect to assemble while the grill is heating up.
